DIRECTIONS to Dallas Office:

The Main offices of the Walter Companies are located in Expressway Tower North of Downtown Dallas near the SMU campus, at the intersection of SMU Blvd & Central Expressway.

If coming from downtown Dallas, take Central Expressway North to the Mockingbird Exit. Continue through the Mockingbird light on the frontage road to the next stop light. Our office building is at the Southeast corner of SMU Blvd and Central Expressway (tall narrow 14 story Building).

If traveling from North Dallas, take Central Expressway South to the Mockingbird Exit. Get in the far left lane and take the “U turn” just before the Mockingbird light. Go over the bridge and continue down the frontage heading north. Go to the next stop light. Our building is at the Southeast corner of SMU Blvd & Central Expressway (tall narrow 14 story building).
