Walter distributes oil and gas revenue to its royalty owners on a monthly basis. If you are a royalty owner that we make distribution to and have a change to your interest please refer to the list below for help.

All payees are required to provide a social security, or tax identification number or Federal Law requires tax withholding.
All changes of ownership must be filed of record in the County/Parish where the property is located.
Walter Exploration can not provide conveyance document forms per the Laws of agency. Please contact an attorney for assistance.
